Interview Skills Development Module
AAA Career Management recognises that everyone who enquires about our services does so in an attempt to gain knowledge and develop skills to improve their prospects of finding the right job. We also understand that not everyone is in an immediate position to undertake an open-ended partnership or comprehensive program with us due to time or financial constraints.
Acknowledging this, AAA Career Management offers this intensive Interview Skills Development Module with the objective of enabling you to more effectively:
Understand what interviewers are looking for during the interview process
Present yourself more professionally during job interviews
Structure your responses to difficult behavioural interview questions
Handle Recruitment-style interviews
Manage the overall interview process in a more proactive manner
Handle questions about salary requirements and expectations
To further assist you, we will provide you with the exercise “How to Handle the Interview” which covers a myriad of possible interview questions and formats to assist you in managing the job interview process. Plan on up to 6-8 hours time to complete this important document, This document not only provides examples of typical questions that are asked during job interviews, it also details what questions you should be asking to enable you to better manage the interview.
Before you complete the written exercise, we will conduct an initial session to discuss interview techniques and explain how to manage and sell yourself effectively in preparation for a 2 hour formal mock interview session with your consultant.
This session will involve an initial interview lasting around 30-45 minutes. Following this there will be further discussion of techniques and suggestions on how to improve your performance. The objective of this important work with you is to provide a basis on which you can develop yourself to a point where you can sell yourself confidently and enthusiastically – given the importance of you gaining the right position in the right organisation at this particular stage in your career.
The fee for this Interview Skills Development module is $660, including GST. If you desire, the full fee for this module can be credited towards our Market Readiness Program (difference of $2090 including GST) or towards our Managers and Professionals Partnership (difference of $3300 including GST) during the following 6 months.
