This outstanding organisation based in Seven Hills NSW, and within close proximity to the train station is looking for a Data Entry/Administration Officer. The premises have been fitted out with brand new work stations and a spectacular break out area for relaxation. Temp to perm position for the right person! As the Data Entry/Administration Officer you will be responsible for: - Receiving customer orders
- Processing/entering order details onto the system
- Ensuring the correct pricing schedules are applied to the orders
- Assisting with account administrative duties
- Reporting any conditions that may be affecting customer satisfaction
To be part of this successful customer service team you will need: - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data Entry experience minimum of 8,000 ksph
- Office/administrative experience
- HSC or equivalent education
- An excellent telephone manner and listening skills
