Our client is a leading Financial Services Institution based in the Sydney CBD.

Due to a growth across the organisation and introduction of new and challenging projects, they are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of several large scale Compliance projects.

Key Accountabilities:-

• The successful candidate will be required to liaise with Business Officials at several different levels of the organisation including Senior Management
• Will work to meet tight deadlines and be responsible for management of anywhere between 2 and 10 direct reports as well as numerous other stakeholders and colleagues
• On time project delivery
• Will be required to develop a strong understanding of Business Impact and Business Processes
• Take ownership and undertake challenging tasks

Essential Requirements:-

• 10+ years Project Management experience in the delivery of large scale projects
• Compliance experience is preferred
• Must have pure Business Focus
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in applying formal project change and risk management methodologies.
• Ability to deal with the competing needs of numerous stakeholders at any one time
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of an organisation - strong communications and facilitation skills.
• High Achiever
